Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

For customized cups, we will send a design approval request within 24-48 hours of order submission. Once designs are approved, production will take an additional 2-3 business days before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 1-5 days.

Domestic Shipping Only:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to be available.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at akelakreations@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
